What was once an amazing place has taken a sharp turn for the worse. They're promoting the most unqualified individuals into high positions, clearly driven by favoritism or poor judgment. Leadership seems to be on a power trip, micromanaging staff and stripping away anything positive that made the workplace enjoyable. Morale is at an all-time low for everybody.
