Comp and benefits are great, lots of opportunities to work on what you like. New CEO is focused on the personnel and making some good changes. World class safety performance and culture.The work is challenging but satisfying.

Incompetent middle management. New IT or Systems projects are rolled out to "check the box" but aren't fully functional - this is really killing the internal clients. Also the performance management system is not streamlined and lets under performers get away with keeping their jobs for no reason.
