What employees remain are relied to cover more than their share of a departments needs, overlooking the need to re-train or replace struggling personal. Due to the nature of the company structure, with employees spread out across the globe there are some major break downs in communications. Systems and infrastructure are way behind similar companies. Favoritism is shown toward certain employees regardless of merit.
