Upper Management is now engaged with the hourly folks. They need to keep it up, the people closet to the pipes make this company, not just Operations but **IEA, **MACH and Daylight Personnel at the site (TEAMWORK). The Management at the plant is engaged. Working together we will make this right and even the Pro Union guys are getting onboard.
