Postive team members. discounts on items. Learning good structure. Their trips to help motivate their employees are great. that was a bonus and talking with the sales reps of the office products was great too.

Stressful targets that are unreachable most days. 16 calls a day. the amount of tracking and paper work goes right into the weekend. it is unbearable. had family members help organizer it because it was too much. too much driving around and I think it contributed to me getting an auto-immune disease due to the stress of driving around and cold calling daily. they make it seem like professional position in their titles etc but it isn't. it is for kids out of school that don't know any different. high turn over and more for people that are into MLM because you need to be that kind of personality to last in that environment. Its not my kind of professional position. I'm more executive level at a high level company.
