This company's products are super innovative and cool. It's a great experience being a part of this company and being in early at a small company that will eventually be big and have a great impact. Everyone who gets stock options is going to be well rewarded. I really like everyone I've met especially those that work with me and near me. My direct manager is great, our CEO is excellent.

There is never enough people to do the amount of work to be done, but this is always the way in fast growing startups. In a company with a lot of management who are engineers, scientists, and PhD's, I think managing people and the strains of growing a business are challenging. There have been a few jerks here, but most have gotten the hint and left.
