- Leadership can feel cliquey, particularly at the senior/ELT level.
- While hiring is diverse, there were noticeable patterns of hiring from the same agency.
- Internal, agency-wide communication could be inconsistent. Team-to-team communication was generally strong, but broader updates—especially around departures, firings, or layoffs—were not always timely or transparent.
- There were moments where favoritism toward certain employees felt noticeable, though in general people still had fair chances to contribute and access opportunities.
- Work-life balance can be tough at times given the pace and client demands, but that’s largely true of most agencies and not unique to this company.
