10yThank you for your review and sharing your concerns. In 2015 we were in a situation where we did not have a General Manager in Shanghai and this is bound to have had an effect on the running and organisation of the country office. We have now hired a new GM for Shanghai and he started in his position at the end of February. We are pleased to note that the situation has already improved and we have received a lot of positive feedback from the staff.
