There’s been a lot of change over the last few years, and there are some who, understandably, find change uncomfortable. If you can be comfortable with a lot change, this company would be a wonderful opportunity for you at this time; if a steady flow of change isn’t something you’re interested in, it’s probably not the place for you right now. Other than change, I would argue the other ‘con’ would probably be in relation to PTO; while still decent, staff with shorter tenure are still only given about three weeks per year until the 2-year mark. For other accounting roles, that amount would be closer to four or five weeks. This wasn’t a deal-breaker for me, and I’m glad it wasn’t, but more PTO would be wonderful for work-life balance.
