      Carlsbad location, cool products and the CEO is well intentioned but not supported by her team.

      Management team doesn't like each other. Constantly talking trash about others when they are not in the room. Micro Managing culture with last minute changes constantly impacting the entire workforce's day - every day! Sales leadership operates like Frat Boys run amok.

      - The founders are brilliant and still involved in the day to day - which brings amazing expertise and perspective. - The pay and benefits are great. - It is science based so you know you aren't selling snake oil. - The definitely leader in functional mushrooms - no competitor comes close. - The staff are awesome, the best people you could every work with. People really care about each other and the top of the top when it comes to mushroom expertise.

      - There has been a lot of change in leadership beyond the founders - which has caused some confusion of staff - but all in all a great place to work with great people.
