These forums ensure that the latest information is communicated transparently. In the past two weeks alone, four employees have successfully transitioned to other projects rather than facing layoffs. When layoffs do occur, they are typically due to performance concerns (which remain confidential) or cases where an employee’s skill set is not transferable to another project.
