The experience I gained there has been invaluable, and today I carry knowledge and practical exposure that I believe rivals that of many highly experienced senior software engineers.

Career growth and promotion processes could be more transparent. promotions depends on team, some guy join in august will get promoted in April but someone working for company day and night for many years remains at same level. Work-life balance can be challenging during high-priority deliveries. Recognition and rewards may not always align with contributions.
