11yI'm wondering if this employee went to HR or to the President if their direct supervisor or executive in charge wasn't responsive to his or her specific situation. This isn't the culture the company wants to create and some changes have been made fairly recently that have probably taken care of this type of experience. We have very low turnover historically and employees need to remember that sometimes reasons for termination are private - you can't always know the reasons someone is let go and you don't know the history.
