Do not apply for a role at M3. Back in summer 2022 I was approached by their talent acquisition team regarding an Account Manager role, they phoned me and ended up not progressing with the application as I did not have account management experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Fast forward in November 2022 another one from their talent acqusisition team approached me for a Senior Account Manager role, made me do all the assessments straightaway (saying that it is necessary to get into the second stage of interview). I mentioned in the phone during the interview that I don't have Pharmaceutical Industry experience and the next day I got rejected from the application due to the reason a) that I don't have Pharmaceutical experience b)I did not fit in the salary bandwith (even though we agreed on the salary range over the phone call) What an abolute waste of time!
