Pretentious, snooty management who do not care about anything but themselves. They do not care about their clients and are nice to them for as long as they can make money off the client. If only clients were flies on walls, they could hear the negative comments that are made about them. This employer micro-manages their employees and tracks time to the minute. Did you chat with your coworker for 15 minutes? Yes, you must log this everyday. The amount of employee turnover is like maggots on a dead body. Extreme favoritism and nepotism happens in this office. This employer cares more about the looks of the office than the healthy mental and physical well-being of their employees. They paint a pretty picture to everyone that they encourage a positive work culture, but that Namaste stuff is only a facade. Management gaslights and will never take ownership for any errors they make; while over promising clients things that they cannot deliver and have no knowledge on how to do themselves. This office was recently bought over by MSUFCU and needs MSUFCU to step in and implement better HR avenues for the employees with serious concerns. The salary grade is too low for too high of expectations from employees. This is the worst employer you will ever encounter.
