The company has expanded internationally, with operations in Bangladesh and the UK, and its software solutions are now successfully running in more than 16 countries. Recently, M360 ICT has also received several international awards, which makes me feel proud to be part of this team. The best thing about this company is its strong culture of trust, growth, and job security. Those who perform well are given ownership and greater responsibilities, regardless of seniority it’s inspiring to see how much the management trusts and empowers even junior employees. M360 ICT also provides excellent employee benefits, including insurance and a provident fund. Most of the employees have been with the company for years, which speaks volumes about the positive work environment and stability. Overall, M360 ICT is a company that truly values its people, rewards hard work, and continues to build something impactful on a global scale. I’m genuinely proud to be part of this journey.
