Management really needs to be changed..!! ** Suggestion for people reading this - notice that many feedbacks have date around 5-15 Jan 2019 with all good ratings. Even the HR team replying to the posts have replied to Oct, 2018 posts in Jan,2019. The inside story is that employees were asked to give reviews on glassdoor for rebranding purpose. ****The HR might reply to this stating that management never takes such low steps to gain reviews as they have already to a review before .. but guys this is a true fact..!! Escalations never work here as people in higher management are more like relatives..!!
