At first I was a little skeptical after reading some of the bad reviews but the company is actually much better than what the bad reviews suggest. I have heard the company did go through some improvements such as changing the management style. At least now I think it has become a well established and organised company. The working hours is typically from 9:15am to 6:30pm, this is actually better than most other companies in Hong Kong. Besides, I like how the company take your opinion and ideas into account. It is one of those companies where your voice is heard and considered. Hierarchy doesnt really exist here. Every staff is treated equally. The working environment is also very good. It is very multicultural, you will find people of all nationality here and we all blend very well together! There is free lunch from Monday to Friday. Free dinner is also provided for those who happen to finish late. You will receive fruit and gift in special festival such as Christmas and Chinese New Year. There is also free snacks and coffee in the pantry everyday. You also get 13 months of salary after 12 months of work so in one of the month you will get double salary along with medical insurance and some other benefits. The company is located in Kowloon Bay, near Megabox. It is a very location. The MTR is close by and there are two very big shopping malls (Telford Plaza and Megabox) and endless amount of restaurants. That means you can always go to a nice restaurant or go shopping after work.
