Senior management has no morals. Opinions are made by what they see and decisions made off the cuff. Titles are worthless with no authority! Work harder than the rest you'll get nothing in return. In fact, you will probably get a hard time for your efforts while the less than energetic get a pass. Job security is terrible and not sensible for anything long term especially, if you have a family. Quality long term employees get canned before newer less experienced personnel do. Theft, drugs and alcohol are ignored for the most part. I am surprised someone hasn't been taken out.
