This company has been going since the early 90's and the expertise in the warehousing business is good. They have a lot of good connections and are well known.
The staff are really good people. There's some very skilled programmers.

As posted in a previous review there's huge pressure on the staff. There exists a blame culture for bad management decisions which is dumped on the staff.
No sick pay - If you're off ill you don't get paid.
Holiday requests can ( and are ) rejected just because you've upset the management. Those that are approved can ( and are ) cancelled at very short notice, with no compensation.
There's no career progression because it's such a small company. If you want training, get it yourself. There's little useful in house training.
