This company has been going since the early 90's and the expertise in the warehousing business is good. They have a lot of good connections and are well known. The staff are really good people. There's some very skilled programmers. Free tea and coffee,

As posted in a previous review there's huge pressure on the staff. There exists a blame culture for bad management decisions which is dumped on the staff. No sick pay - If you're off ill you don't get paid. Holiday requests can ( and are ) rejected just because you've upset the management. Those that are approved can ( and are ) cancelled at very short notice, with no compensation. There's no career progression because it's such a small company. If you want training, get it yourself. There's little useful in house training.

Some very good developers and support staff. Can manage a wide variety of warehousing operations.

Ludicrous deadlines for project that haven't been outlined correctly by the directors. Old fashioned management style and ways of working. Blame culture for director level down. Do or else attitude, often threatened with job by the directors if deadline are over running. Holiday requests often cancelled last minute. Management won't own up to mistakes. High staff turnover, average employment time would be no more that a couple of months. Managing director has basically no knowledge of the product and swans around trying to look busy, (uses all the company's bandwidth whilst on iTunes so no one else can get anything done quickly).
