-Principal seems to lack an interest in getting to know many of the design staff and is very cold -Seems to be a reliance on very new graduates with limited experience. Besides the few project managers, most others have under 3 years of experience. -Mysterious hiring practices--Principal seems to prefer graduates of Yale and Wesleyan who will get more personal attention. -Little to no work in new build construction, mostly interior renovations and lots of time spent picking fixtures or finishes for kitchens and bathrooms. Is of a strange/dated aesthetic. -For such a small firm, project teams are very silo'd and you will only work on one project at a time -Very small office space with little natural light and uncomfortable chairs.
