The company pays their employees very well, slightly above market. They also have very lucrative bonus plans and incentives. Management is good, and very involved with the day-to-day business operations.

They only pay their employees and contractors once a month because of their small back office staff. Also, getting support and resolution on minor issues like entering your time or travel and expense issues takes to long because they have to chase the Partners down to get their approvals most of the time.
