No culture, boring and a quiet office. Flexible working is a myth, at least in my case. You will be watched and judged, working in constant fear. Some colleagues were got rid of for silly and resolvable things. I don't know how else can I describe management, it felt like living in scary times of communism where nothing could be said or done. You will not feel valued and appreciated. You will be judged with no or little investigation of the issue, and disciplinary procedures are not followed correctly, for example: management not staying neutral at the start and during the investigation but blaming you right at the start. If you are not a muppet and a boring person - don't bother working there. This employment has left a mark for life.
