Great opportunity if you would like to operate a business while having a great solar company take care of the back end. You get paid for results , not for your time.. this is a skill based job, you can get paid over $100/hr if you know what you’re doing. Give it at least 6 months to see the potential.

The learning curve is rough if you’re new to sales, if you’re new , it’s best to have a few months savings while you learn, though it’s possible to make sales in your first week, just wasn’t me.

Incredible company to be a part of, after 12 years in sales this is the best team I’ve been a part of. The management and ownership make you feel like a part of the family not just another number. I will retire as a MAG employee. Pay structure and incentives are very aggressive and some of the best in the industry.

It’s can be remote and we don’t get to see everyone other than once a year at the company Xmas party where they pay our flights and hotels for an amazing evening in Vancouver.
