      - L'ambiente di lavoro è molto confortevole, privo di conflitti interni e pugnalate alle spalle; le persone sono disposte ad aiutarsi a vicenda. - La reputazione e il valore di Mahle nel settore sono ancora molto alti. - Lo stipendio e i benefit sono dignitosi e l'equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata non potrebbe essere migliore.

      Svantaggi

      - La mancanza di sfide sufficienti; se il tuo obiettivo è una rapida crescita professionale, dovresti cercare un'azienda con un ritmo più veloce. - Il declino dei segmenti di business ICE è inevitabile e il ritmo lento della trasformazione strategica ha portato a una graduale contrazione dell'attività.

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
