Instabilità. I licenziamenti erano comuni, soprattutto prima delle festività. Chi veniva licenziato diceva di essere stato colto di sorpresa un giorno. Altri erano costretti a firmare un manuale aggiornato che revocava i benefit o a dimettersi.

I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
