You get a couple of extra days off a year due to the German bank holiday - that's it.

Two sexist and arrogant directors, who don't know their heads from their rear-ends. If you're a woman, spare yourself the trouble of working here. They won't take you seriously as a recruiter no matter how many deals you make, they'll try and cajole you into an admin position not long after (as they think that's all women are fit for) and then they will force you out the door once you refuse to change your role in the company. Go figure. They hire you and then plot from day one on how to get rid of you! Everything for the directors is about 'power' and how they can exercise it. Both are always seriously moody and if they don't like you, they'll make sure you know about it too. Totally unprofessional.

Good location, nice offices. Better than not having a job

Terrible management, really arrogant owner, can't really talk to them. Avoid at all costs if you have something better to do with your life. If you don't mind having to deal every day with arrogant people and having to show them that you can drop your ethics just for a quick quid, then go for it.
