Cocky staff, terrible support, Germany focus but nobody speaks German - Recensione dipendente - Recruiter presso MAM Solutions

You get a couple of extra days off a year due to the German bank holiday - that's it.

Two sexist and arrogant directors, who don't know their heads from their rear-ends. If you're a woman, spare yourself the trouble of working here. They won't take you seriously as a recruiter no matter how many deals you make, they'll try and cajole you into an admin position not long after (as they think that's all women are fit for) and then they will force you out the door once you refuse to change your role in the company. Go figure. They hire you and then plot from day one on how to get rid of you! Everything for the directors is about 'power' and how they can exercise it. Both are always seriously moody and if they don't like you, they'll make sure you know about it too. Totally unprofessional.

. when people don't perform and have no choice but to leave they make bad comments on Glassdoor because they have no other thing to say and nothing else to do with there time. ( immature & unprofessional )
