Lack of communication. Lack of training. Lack of support. Job Post and subsequent interview stated: day shift only M-F, no weekends or holidays, Personnel Security tasks, no travel required. User wants rotating shifts (24 hours); some weekends, holidays; travel CONUS 3-4x per year, OCONUS every 2 years for 6-12 months, tasks are complex and unrelated to the job post. No compensation has been offered for changes in task complexity or rotating shifts. No training offered to complete new tasks. No on-site COR to act as mediator between users and employees. No response or significantly delayed response from corporate when asking for help regarding these issues.
