They provided reasonably good benefits, salary and raises. There was no interference in my performance of duties, but where I worked there was no upper management interaction or presence.

ManTech experienced tremendous growth by purchasing other companies, often times, it appeared, with very little planning on how to integrate them. When the contract I was on was awarded to another company, we were kept on as subs to the new company because the customer wanted us. ManTech provided no assistance with attempts to move within the corporation.
