I was laid off due to a contract change along with about 60 others. Despite promising in a meeting that they would help us secure other roles, ManTech gave me ZERO suppor when I reached out, I was basically told I was on my own.
In the past, I’ve worked for three other companies, and every single one of them helped me transition into a new role within the organization. ManTech did the opposite. During my final week, they even questioned employees about their hours, clearly looking for ways to claw back money and cut into our final paychecks.
ManTech does not care about its people at all. If you’re considering working here, do yourself a favor and run the other way.
