      The training is top notch and help you focus on why you are undergoing the training. They bring out the best in you and make you believe you can do the impossible. They make you innovative with new skills

      The downsides is not pretty obvious because it revolves around bringing out the best in you. You need to complete all task given as at when due and make sure you meet up with all deadlines even when it's not convenient for you. And once it is sorted out you're free.
