Large organization with friendly staff. From HQ to bus operators, you get to know alot of people because at every phase, everybody has to work together to make things work. Overall a positive experience and good working environment. Transportation is the heartbeat of any major city, so regardless of your position you feel that your contributions are important and you are making a difference.

Organization is currently experiencing changes in leadership and org structure. May feel a little unstable until these things are established and stablized. Also the organization recieves most of its funding from the federal government. Considering the current state of things that can be problematic as well.
