Work at MARi for a true start-up experience - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso MARi

I worked for MARi for two years as a Software Developer. MARi is a company with great culture. As an engineer, I was very happy to work in the environment where you are surrounded with smart and passionate people who are willing to share their knowledge and experience. At the same time, as part of the team, your voice is heard and you are encouraged to think and to express your thoughts, suggestions and ideas. The whole team is united and works hard in order to develop a platform that will make a difference. I’m sure they are on the right track to get there! Most of the emails that the CEO sends to the team ends with the sentence that explains the philosophy of MARi: “Make it great!”.

I can't think of any bad things about MARi.

I loved working for Carney labs, it is a beautiful office, it is an easy-going atmosphere and is always stocked with snacks. I interned here over the summer and would have loved to continue if my position had matched up better with my career goals. Plus working in Old Town is awesome!

As an intern some of the things I worked on were pretty monotonous but eventually I found a niche that they needed help in that also interested me. They allowed me to work on it and things were pretty great.
