The people here are great, All really caring and the team environment is just out of this world. The team leaders definitely help their team members grow and the opportunity to get promoted in this company is all up to you and the managers only push you to climb up the ladder. The life lessons you get are just priceless.

This is a sales position so it might not be for everyone.

The managers of Mas are incredible, supportive, hands-on, outgoing, and have an "open door" management style. It is a fun and fast paced job that focuses on in-store promotions/marketing and sales and is heavy on customer service and helping people! Amazing culture and real growth opportunity!

It does involve sales which is not for everyone, but many people do not realize that all life is sales!
