CEO regularly tells people to take their vacations and not overwork themselves. - No ego or outdated power dynamics. Everyone has a voice. - Lots of flexibility to grow and move in different directions. - Exciting industry to work in.

A few growing pains but nothing major.

Unfortunately, there are a couple toxic personalities in key areas, especially within Operations, Financially, the company seems to be struggling—they hired aggressively but are now unable to support the headcount. This has resulted in consecutive layoffs and an overall sense of instability. Given the current situation, I wouldn’t recommend joining the company right now, as there’s a real risk they may not be able to sustain new hires long-term.
