Without a doubt, due to the ongoing global pandemic, we’ve been navigating our way through these exceptional times and working from home specifically brought us challenges (and opportunities) to ensure we met the needs of our customers. This meant for Employees supporting clients in Real Time i.e. on Voice or Live Chat it became more difficult for you to make independent decisions to have personal breaks as well as juggling the move to remote working. We are actively building a Real Time Team to help support across shifts, so that our Teams have that important visibility, so that when independent away time is needed, it can be taken as well. Whilst also enabling our team to deliver other much needed improvements in terms of the timeliness of rota production as well as a better balance of shifts, which will ultimately provide that much needed work/life balance that we know is so important to achieve.
