      Strong-emphasis on billable hours, often at the expense of employees' work/life balance. Lack vision for staying competitive - but rather focused on short-term incremental improvements. Typical big corporation 'play it safe' management philosophy.

      Great at recruiting and placement. Keep in touch throughout assignment. Transparent. Generous pay. Decent benefit package.

      Smaller company, though they seem to know what they're doing and have some large clients. Kind of lost touch after assignment ended. They could be better at lining up new assignments for current/past contractors.
