      Big Corporate Chains are off and employees are allowed to be creative to solve problems. Comp Time policy is great and you can calculate additional paid time off for working overtime.

      Compensation is average, medical benefits are weak, and 401k match is way below average. Training has been lacking for a long time but has drastically improved in 2015!

      Thank you for your review! MAVERICK pays 70-80% of the employee cost for both our PPO/HCA medical plans. In recent years the discretionary contribution for our 401K plan has brought the total match to 50-60% on the first 6% contributed. We try our best to have competitive benefits for our employees!

      Great at recruiting and placement. Keep in touch throughout assignment. Transparent. Generous pay. Decent benefit package.

      Smaller company, though they seem to know what they're doing and have some large clients. Kind of lost touch after assignment ended. They could be better at lining up new assignments for current/past contractors.
