Company business strategy seems "knee-jerk", with decisions being made only in the short-term. Long term strategy is either poor or non-existent. Company preaches openness and honesty, but does not usually hold up its end of the bargain. Lots of talk, but not much walk. Promises made are too-often broken, with respect to pay, job descriptions, and time-frames.
