If you're thinking of joining MBD, **don’t.** It was the worst workplace experience I’ve ever had. Most employees are just passing time — watching movies, scrolling TikTok, or doing freelance work during office hours like it's a government bank job. Want a salary appraisal? You better become a **professional shoe-licker.** Merit means nothing here. HR keeps inventing new rules, but they only apply if you're *not* part of their inner circle. One HR guy, Dipesh, is the face of this toxic culture — if I ever meet him outside, I’ll be sure to return the favor for all the stress. Lunch breaks? Forget about it. If you dare eat at your desk, the HOD will scream at you — even though they’re munching away in their own cabins. The washrooms are filthy, and there’s no proper place to eat either. It’s chaos with a fake corporate mask. Avoid MBD at all costs unless you enjoy being overworked, underappreciated, and surrounded by double standards.
