      After leaving the military MBDA has been incredibly supportive of myself in my new role. The business culture and values align closely to my own. Work / life balance is important to the company as is each individual and that really comes across in flexible working arrangements and active engagement from management. The work is varied and engaging with no two days being the same, while having the opportunity to contribute to the defence on the nation. Although I recognise that this is my first real civilian role I would absolutely recommend MBDA to anyone who is looking for something a little out of the ordinary working on a wide range of exciting projects.

      Not really a con but there has been a steep learning curve which is understandable coming into a role. That said with the mentoring and training available it feels challenging but also manageable.
