      A great team with people always willing to help you with any technical challenges. The culture of sharing knowledge is great with some great design patterns for some unique software products. Structured software development and true software engineering is practiced, working on projects that make a difference. Lots of pride in working on different software projects.

      Some challenges with tools, but this is mainly due to the critical nature of software that we develop. So really not a con, but more due to the lifetime of some of the software products.
