      Interesting work. Good team spirit in a lot of teams. Reasonable benefits package but not keeping up with peer companies locally or nationally

      Haven’t quite adapted to not all staff being lifers and how to build sqep rapidly in todays job market. Bidding needs to be slicker and not prone to cuts at review point that leads to not being able to deliver to time BBC and cost
