      Everything and everyone from the start has been amazing, ever since the phone call to arrange my interview I have been kept up to date with regular phone calls from the recruitment team. Flexible working hours with a hybrid style is great for a work life balance. All the staff are approachable and friendly and I enjoy coming to work and my role within the business. Lots of progression choices to help my career and future goals. Regular catch ups 1-2-1 and as a department which is fantastic.

      I do not have any cons to working at MBDA and feel I made the right choice joining the company.
