      Vantaggi

      Big company with lots of different projects, plus flexibility to move around if desired. Excellent training opportunities, including recognised qualifications. Heavily subsidised catering. Paid overtime.

      In my experience the extra workload given to earn a promotion was extreme. Promotion structure/process overall is quite ambiguous. Salaries at time of employment (2023) were not the most competitive. Very resistant to change. Difficult to deal with if you are someone who strives for continuous improvement.
