MBDA's on-site facilities are modern and working practices are very good allowing for an excellent work-life balance. Unusually, all MBDA employees get an annual bonus and the company pension is first rate.

The only downside is that MBDA is centred in 3 main sites in the UK: Stevenage, Bristol and Bolton/North Manchester. That said, if you live (or want to live) within an hour or so from any of those locations then MBDA should be one of your choices for future employment.
