This first 5 years at MBDA passed so quickly, starting during Covid was not ideal but the communication systems worked as well as full time face to face meetings with the laptop and screens provided making working from home very comfortable and the on boarding process easy. Working relationships quickly developed over Skype and the availability of on line training eased development and once Covid was over attendance on site helped to develop working relationships and gave the opportunity for hands on with the products. Even at a distance, MBDA provides all the support needed and requested with personal care and safety their highest priority. I am looking forward to the next ‘5’ years at MBDA and strongly endorse a statement from a very wise friend “If you are doing something you really enjoy you will never work for a living” which sums up my 5 years here.
