Low salaries, no flexibility, they ask a lot without ever rewarding you and they do everything they can to try to screw you over

There are no good reason to work here, unless you live nearby

The company works only for the interests of the boss. Customers and employees are the least of the business problems and they are perfect for getting screwed: it's normal to give at least one hour a day of overtime,that will never be returned or recovered; it's normal to work when you are sick or injured: there is no training growth and normally the work experience of each employee does not last more than one year. Get over it.
